As a full-service engineering firm with EPC contract capability, Matrix Technologies, Inc. maintains a full time staff of construction management personnel. These resources are available as part of a project we execute for our customers or as a stand-alone service.
Utilizing our construction managers as part of your project consolidates the design and construction team early in the process, yielding the most constructible design. It can also help to control costs of the overall project if the constructability is constantly a consideration in our design process.
Matrix Technologies, Inc. provides site and utility design, facility design, construction management and permitting assistance on projects of all sizes. Construction Management professional service which can be provided in a variety of arrangements, including:
Construction Cost Management – This is a fee-based service in which our construction manager is responsible exclusively to the customer and acts in the customer’s interests at every stage of the project to maintain the best possible construction from a schedule, cost and maintenance standpoint.
CM-At Risk – In this arrangement Matrix Technologies, Inc. takes on the entire responsibility for the construction, to meet a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). We work in the interests of the owner, but also must keep the overall project costs below the GMP price.
